Meetings and Meeting Notes

Meeting should have clear agenda and should be time-boxed. If time runs out and conversation/discussion is not done a follow up meeting can always be scheduled.

To keep organized consider taking these for every meeting:

  • Information that is being shared
  • Action items for you or other participants
  • Decisions reached during the meeting

If you end meeting and all of those are empty or irrelevant consider canceling/opting out of the meeting.
